Why can't I buy more than 1 item of a design?
All items are genuine pearls that are hand-picked and
handmade by the owner. Due to the unique characteristics of each pearl, it is the only one of its kind when it is used in a design.
Do you have expedited or insured shipping?
Yes! If you would like to add insurance or expedite your
shipment, please contact us and we will create a custom paylink
just for you!
How can I request for a customized design?
Please fill out our Contact Form or message us on any of our social media profiles and we will respond to your request within 1 business day to assist you in creating your unique customized pearl jewelry!
Do you ship outside the US?
Unfortunately, we don't currently ship outside of the US. However, we will be expanding in Canada soon, and we plan on eventually expanding to the rest of the world! Follow our social media or sign up for our newsletters to be informed!
How long is shipping?
We only ship within USA. All items come from California, USA.
Our processing time is 1-3 business days and our shipping time
is 3-5 business days. You may receive your item within 4-8
business days upon successful order depending on the time of
day. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us!
Do you accept returns?
Yes! Free returns are allowed within 14 days of you receiving your merchandise for issues like manufacturing defects or wrong items sent. All other returns that do not fall under these reasons may also be accepted if the items are unused and are in it's original condition with all accompaniments returned with the return and outgoing shipping paid for by the buyer.
